Sometimes she gets a little frustrated because the magnet picks up more than one ball when she is trying to move a specific one, but overall she still enjoys playing with it. The attached pen string needs to be long enough to reach the top of the puzzle, so I do keep an eye on her while she plays because it makes me a bit cautious about safety. She especially loves the ice cream cones, and they are really cute and fun for her to match with the colored balls. I do wish more of the balls came in brighter colors instead of brown and gray, and while the colors match the ice cream fairly well except for the pink, it is not a major issue

To my surprise, the company not only emailed me a digital copy of the 55-page instruction book, but also sent me a completely new kit at their own expense, even though I had only asked for the guidebook. Their customer service went far beyond my expectations and showed a level of care that is rare to see. The origami kit itself is wonderful, especially as a gift for children ages 5 to 9, because it is colorful, creative, and fun once you have the instructions. I purchased this as a birthday present, and the recipient plans to use it for storing colored pencils. The two end compartments are not very deep, which actually works well because one side fits a pencil sharpener and eraser perfectly, while the other is great for shorter pencils that have been used a lot. The three larger sections are useful for organizing pencils by color, making it much easier to find the right shade. It is honestly a little bigger than expected, and I may add small paper cups inside the middle sections to help keep the pencils standing upright since they can tip over a bit. I do wish the middle section had a divider to make organization even better, but the bright colors look great and the holder feels sturdy. Since it was just purchased, I cannot speak to long-term durability yet, but it does not tip over easily and has enough weight at the bottom to stay steady during use
